The Regional Manager – Saudi Arabia is responsible for driving the growth and performance of Vacuum Technology Solutions within the Kingdom. This includes identifying new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, and ensuring the effective operation of current installations. The role will report directly to the Head of Region – MEA and will oversee the entire commercial and strategic execution within Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the regional market, a proven track record in business development, and the capability to manage both strategic and operational responsibilities. This is a high-impact leadership role, pivotal in shaping the company's presence in the Kingdom.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, develop, and secure new infrastructure project opportunities across Saudi Arabia, with a focus on wastewater and sanitation systems
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, consultants, contractors, government agencies, and regulatory bodies
  • Collaborate closely with the local partner (WSCO) and other regional allies to strategically promote and position Vacuum Sewerage & Sanitation solutions in the market
  • Coordinate with internal technical, engineering, and execution teams to ensure the preparation of accurate, timely, and competitive project proposals
  • Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring alignment with company goals and the achievement of favorable terms
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences to strengthen brand visibility and generate qualified leads
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the regional infrastructure and construction landscape, with a particular emphasis on vacuum wastewater systems and related sewerage projects
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by regional or global leadership, ensuring adaptability and commitment to company success

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline required
  • Minimum 8-10 years of sales experience in infrastructure projects, specifically wastewater or civil engineering sectors
  • Ability to speak English fluently. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus
  • Minimum of 3 years in a sales management or leadership role
  • Demonstrated success in establishing and growing client relationships in infrastructure-related markets
  • Construction site experience and ability to work on site with the contracting companies
  • Proven track record in sales and business development within infrastructure or wastewater management projects
